Steve Pittman
Senior Pastor
Pastor Steve was raised on the mission field in The Republic of Niger, West Africa. He graduated High School from Ivory Coast Academy bringing him to the States in 1975 to attend college. He was 17 years old when he began at Piedmont Baptist College. He met his wife, Georgianne, in 1976 and they were married in 1978. As a family they went to Brazil as missionaries with Baptist Mid-Missions, where they served for 15 years. They returned back to the States in 2002 where he began teaching Missions at Piedmont Baptist Bible College. In 2006, with a group of college students, Maranatha Baptist church as planted and he has continued to serve as Pastor since inception. They have three children who are now grown and married.

Chris McMillan
Co-Pastor
Pastor Chris was saved at the age of 19 years old. He earned an Associate of Arts degree from Wake Technical Community College in 2012 and then transferred to Grace Baptist Bible College in the fall of that year. During his studies, he became the Youth Director of Maranatha Baptist Church and continued to do so after the merge between Maranatha and Heritage Hills Baptist Church. He graduated Grace Baptist Bible College in 2015 with a Bachelors in Biblical Studies, with a Missions emphasis. After graduating, Pastor Chris Married his wife Amanda in 2015. Heritage Hills Baptist Church ordained him in April of 2017 where he currently serves as one of the Pastors. In 2022, Pastor Chris graduated from Maranatha Baptist Seminary with a Masters in Biblical Studies. Chris and Amanda have two children, Will and Rilee.

Darrell Peavy
Youth Director
Darrell Peavy and his wife Laura both attended Piedmont Baptist Bible College, and Darrell received his bachelors degree from there in 2008. He and Laura raised support and went to the mission field in 2017 where they served with the DR team sent from HHBC. Due to certain needs and the Lord's leading, the Peavys returned back to the States and Darrell took over as the Youth Director in 2022. He and Laura serve our teens through Sunday School, Wednesday night services, and various teen activities. They have two daughters, Shiloh and Schyler.

Cassie Fotusky
Secretary
Cassie attended Piedmont Baptist Bible College where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a missions emphasis. She met and married her late husband Josh while at college and both have a heart for local church ministry and the mission field abroad. In 2024, Cassie came on staff at Heritage Hills Baptist Church as the church secretary and also serves on our finance team. She has two boys, Benjamin and Wyatt.
